Recruitment is an ongoing process at Career Institute. It's a tremendous benefit that we have America's Job Center to assist us. Career Institute's Victorville office has been partnering with America's Job Center in the High Desert, formerly known as Employment Resource Center, for more than 10 years. They refer potential participants for our programs to us, and we refer people to them for additional training. This partnership has been very valuable for both organizations.
